Part 1 — Website Terms of Use
Acceptance. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must not: use the site in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or connected systems; introduce malicious code; scrape or systematically extract content without our written consent; or use content for commercial republication without permission.

No advice; no warranty. Content is provided for general information only and does not constitute professional advice. The site is provided “as is”; we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we may change or withdraw content at any time.
Liability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we exclude all liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this site, and our total liability in connection with the site shall not exceed £100.
Third-party links. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, their content or their handling of your data.
Governing law. These terms are governed by English law and the English courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
Part 2 — Privacy Notice
At Strategy Stack, we are committed to respecting the privacy of all of our customers, partners, suppliers and employees; complying with applicable data protection laws (the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018); providing services that enable our customers to comply with applicable data protection laws; and being transparent in how we process your personal data.
For personal data described in this notice, Strategy Stack Ltd is the data controller. Where we deliver services inside a customer’s own Microsoft 365 tenant or Azure subscription, we act as a data processor on the customer’s behalf; that processing is governed by our contract with the customer, and the customer’s own privacy notice applies to their data subjects.

What we collect
Depending on your relationship with us: names, business address and contact details, email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, payment and bank details (suppliers/customers), correspondence, and online identifiers such as IP addresses from website use. We collect data directly from you; we do not purchase marketing lists. You will only be added to our marketing list where you have requested it or given consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
Personal data may be shared with service providers acting as our processors — principally Microsoft (Microsoft 365 and Azure, UK/EU regions) and GoHighLevel / LeadConnector (our customer-relationship platform, which processes enquiries and waitlist submissions made through this website), together with our accounting and business systems providers. We may be required to disclose personal data to courts, police or regulators; where so, we disclose the minimum necessary. Where a processor is outside the UK, we apply the required safeguards: a UK adequacy decision where one exists, or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum. Details available on request.
How we look after it
We collect only what we need, restrict access to those who need it, and protect it with technical and organisational measures including encryption, multi-factor authentication and least-privilege access. We retain personal data only as long as described above or as required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to: access your personal data; have inaccurate data corrected; have data deleted; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). Contact dataprotection@strategystack.ai — we respond within one calendar month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF · 0303 123 1113 · ico.org.uk.
